Drone roof inspection

High-resolution roof inspections for surveyors, landlords, contractors and asset owners, without scaffold, MEWPs or anyone working at height.

Roofs are where most building defects start, and the hardest place to see them properly. We fly close-range drone inspections that capture every roof plane, stack, parapet, gutter and junction in detail, so you can decide on repairs, budgets and access before anyone goes up.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a drone roof survey cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of the roof, the site and what you need delivered. Most single-building inspections are quoted as a fixed price. Use our planner and we will come back with a clear quote.

Can you fly over a busy residential street?

Yes. We operate under an enhanced CAA Operational Authorisation that allows closer flights near people and buildings than a standard operator, and every job has a site-specific risk assessment.

Can a drone find the cause of a roof leak?

Drone imagery shows the defects that usually cause leaks, such as slipped slates, failed flashings, blocked outlets and cracked copings. Adding a thermal survey can reveal moisture the eye cannot see.

How long does a drone roof inspection take?

Most roofs are captured in hours rather than days, with imagery and findings delivered through VueSync.
